Electronic indicator for display of differential pressure
Flow meter for measuring the flow rate across the condenser with a range 0 to 250 litres/hour.
Vacuum gauge range 1 to 0 bar.
Liquid ring vacuum pump 700 W with air/water separator and check valve.
The electrical control panel in the main cabinet
Emergency stop button
Distillation column height 1,100 mm with stainless steel mesh packing
Reflux head with the solenoid valve for control of reflux ratio.
Reboiler with 5 litres capacity complete with 2,500 W electric heater.
8 electronic temperature indicators.
Thyristor unit for controlling the power to the reboiler electric heater.
Variable area flow meter with a range of 0 to 250 l/h and 4-20 mA output signal.
Pneumatic control valve DN15, Cv = 2.5
Electro-pneumatic converter  4 to 20 mA / 0.2 to 1 bar.
Electronic absolute pressure transmitter range from 0 to 1000 mbar, 4-20 mA output signal.
2 graduated tanks for collection of distillate with 1 litre capacity
Tube-in-tube heat exchangers manufactured from stainless steel for cooling the distillate.
8 thermocouples with probes protected by stainless steel shield sleeves.
