Dynamo Demo Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : JL-LE-10662
The Dynamo Demo (SKU JL-LE-10662, Cat. No. JSS-659/090) is a hand-driven dynamo model for showing how mechanical work is turned into electrical energy. On a 200 x 125 mm base plate, a 125 mm hand-drive pulley turns the smaller dynamo pulley through a rubber belt, stepping up the speed. The output is taken from a pair of 4 mm sockets, and a light-emitting diode shows when current is being generated. On a 6-8 V DC supply the model also runs as a motor.

Demonstrations with the hand-driven dynamo model
- Generating a current by hand and watching the LED light
- Showing that turning faster gives a larger output
- Connecting the 4 mm sockets to a meter to measure the output
- Reversing the energy flow by running the model as a motor on 6-8 V DC
Scope of supply and ordering
The model is supplied mounted on its base plate with the belt drive fitted; quantities, packing and lead time are confirmed on the quotation.
Frequently asked questions
How is the dynamo driven?
By hand, through a 125 mm pulley and rubber belt to the smaller dynamo pulley, which steps up the speed.
How is the output shown?
A light-emitting diode lights as a simple indicator, and the output is also available at a pair of 4 mm sockets.
Can it be used as a motor?
Yes, it runs as a motor on a 6-8 V DC supply.
